Xue Yikuan is an experienced professional currently serving as Director at Shearwater Asia since May 2020, focusing on expanding the FP&A business line in the Asian market and leading finance digital transformation initiatives. With full P/L responsibility for the Singapore entity, Xue is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and building a talented team. Previously, Xue held positions including Manager at Workday Adaptive Planning, Senior Consultant at SimplifyNext, and Researcher at the National University of Singapore, among others. Xue's diverse background includes roles in Fintech, technical support engineering, and control automation, complemented by a Master's degree in Management of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
