Alma Kialy

Alma Kialy is a seasoned professional with a background in research coordination and human resources. Currently serving as a Research Coordinator in the Department of Psychiatry at Sheba Tel HaShomer City of Health since March 2020, Alma manages budgets, coordinates clinical research activities, and oversees the onboarding process for new staff while engaging with patients to administer surveys and analyze data. Prior experience includes roles as Office Manager & HR at Nemo Nanomaterials and Talent Acquisition Specialist at PEAK- HR AS SERVICE, where Alma focused on recruitment optimization and talent sourcing. Alma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminology, as well as an M.A. in Social-Organizational Psychology, all from Bar-Ilan University.
