David Loomis Sphr

David Loomis, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 17 years of experience in various human resources roles. David recently served as the Human Resources Director for Sheboygan County. Prior to that, they worked at Curia (formerly AMRI) as the Associate Director of Human Resources, where they successfully reduced turnover and increased headcount. David also worked at Kohler Co., first as the Sr. Manager of Human Resources for Enterprise Functions, where they stabilized the workforce and established global compensation alignment, and later as the Senior Manager of Human Resources for Global Finance, where they led a project to restructure the finance organization and implemented process improvements. Before that, they were the Human Resources Manager for Marketing at KBA, where they provided comprehensive HR support and played a key role in building out the organization. David began their career at Walmart as the Market Human Resources Manager, where they oversaw HR management for a large market and achieved high levels of associate engagement.

David Loomis, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in the years 1994 to 1998. In addition to their degree, they have also earned two certifications. In 2004, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Then, in 2015, they obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM.
