Starrlene Grossman

Starrlene Grossman has extensive experience in public health and nursing, currently serving as Public Health Officer, Program Supervisor, and Public Health Nurse at Sheboygan County since July 2013, where responsibilities include emergency preparedness coordination and the development of emergency plans. Prior to this role, Starrlene worked as a Registered Nurse at Kindred Healthcare from February 2012 to July 2013, contributing to the Performance Improvement Team to enhance patient safety protocols. Additionally, experience at Aurora BayCare Medical Center from May 2011 to May 2012 involved educating patients on vital health topics, managing nursing care for mothers and infants, and executing technical nursing skills. Starrlene holds a Master of Public Health degree in Executive Public Health Administration and Policy from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health (2016-2019), a Bachelor’s degree in Registered Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay (2005-2013), and an Associate’s degree in Registered Nursing from Lakeshore Technical College (2009-2011).
