Cynthia Baricos

Cynthia Baricos has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Cynthia began their career at Dow Chemical as a Technical Service and Development Chemist before moving on to become a Sr. R&D Microbiologist. Cynthia then joined Valspar as an R&D Innovation Chemist, Microbiology Lab Manager, and LSS Green Belt. After several years at Valspar, Cynthia became the Global Microbiology Manager. Cynthia then transitioned to Baxter International Inc. as a Senior Quality Manager before joining Sherwin-Williams Industrial Wood Coatings as the Director of R&D. Currently, Cynthia holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Sheboygan Paint Company.

Cynthia Baricos completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Bradley University from 1997 to 2001. Cynthia then pursued further education and obtained a Certificate in Business Analytics from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, graduating in 2022. In 2023 and 2024, Cynthia attended Marquette University to earn a Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to their university education, Cynthia attended Plainfield High School, although the specific dates and any degrees earned at this institution are unknown.
