Dio Bautista

Dio Bautista has worked in the service industry since 2007, starting as a FOH service professional at Nick's Fishmarket Rosemont. In 2011, they moved to Rosebud Restaurant Group in a similar role. In 2016, they joined Chicago Cut Steakhouse as a FOH service professional. In 2018, they held two roles simultaneously: FOH Professional at DineAmic Group and Sales Account Executive at ShedWool. In 2019, they joined Maple & Ash as a FOH Captain. Most recently, they have been a Sales Recruiter at L.L.O.Y.D. Agencies since 2020.

Dio Bautista attended Mirta Ramirez Computer Science Charter School from 2004 to 2006, studying Computer Science. Dio then attended City Colleges of Chicago-Harry S Truman College, but did not pursue a degree or field of study.
