Carlos C. has a wealth of experience in sales and operations management. Carlos began their career in 2002 as a Retail Merchandising-Distribution Center/Management/Leadership Trainee with Wal-Mart Logistics. In 2007, they moved to Genuine Parts Company as an Assistant Inventory/Operations Manager/Executive Management Trainee. Here, they were responsible for Productivity, Service, Credit Management, Inventory Accuracy & Process Improvements. In 2011, they joined ReedTMS Logistics as a Regional Sales Manager, where they worked to identify clients' needs and ascertain how the company could best meet those requirements. In 2016, they became a Sales Manager at Bay and Bay Transportation. Finally, in 2017, they joined Sheer as the Director of Sales & Operations-TN, and later became a Senior Sales Manager.

Carlos C. attended the University of South Florida from 2002 to 2011 and obtained a BA in Finance and an MBA in Business Management. In 2010, they obtained a Six Sigma certification from Genuine Part Company-Automotive Parts Group. In 2009, they obtained a U.S. Automotive Parts Group Executive Management certification from Genuine Part Company-Automotive Parts Group. In 2007, they obtained a Logistics Leadership Program certification from Wal-Mart Inc. Logistics University.
