Kara Lister

Kara Lister currently serves as the VP of Revenue Strategy & Operations at SheerID, where the focus is on leveraging an Identity Marketing Platform to help brands connect with high-value consumer communities. Prior to this role, Kara held various positions in revenue operations, including Senior Director and Director at Searchspring and Director at Ruby. Additional experience includes serving as Sr. Director of Demand Generation and Marketing Operations at StorCentric, and Sr. Director of Global Sales Operations & Channel Enablement at VIOLIN Systems, where the emphasis was on supporting revenue teams through collaboration and resource development. Kara holds a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain and Human Resource Management from The University of Akron.
