Amanda N. Fleury

Amanda N. Fleury, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Data Scientist at Sheertex since January 2021. Amanda has a robust background in data science and biomedical engineering, having completed a Data Science Fellowship at Insight Data Science in 2020, where a web app was developed to assist graduates with career transitions. Previous roles include Hardware Researcher at MUSE, where Amanda contributed to the design of a new meditation headband, and as a Visiting Endeavour Fellow at Flinders University, creating a wearable device for sleep apnoea detection. Amanda's academic credentials include a PhD and MASc in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Toronto, along with a BEng in Biological Engineering from the University of Guelph.
