Lydia Adhiambo Ochieng is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Training Development Manager at Sheffield Steel Systems Limited since February 2022. Lydia leads the HR department, focusing on talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee engagement. Prior to this role, Lydia worked as a Technical Training Consultant at Learnovate Technologies Ltd, where responsibilities included developing and coordinating training for clients across multiple countries. Additional experience includes consultancy in corporate services, youth and corporate training, and branch management at the Institute of Advanced Technology. Lydia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with IT from Maseno University and various certifications in human resources management and project management, with ongoing education towards becoming a Certified Human Resource Professional.
