Neil Armstrong

Neil Armstrong is an experienced IT Project Manager currently working at Sheffield Forgemasters since January 2023. Prior to this role, Neil held the position of Digital Programme Manager and Head of People Technology at Doncaster Council from July 2018 to January 2023.
