Caroline Linhares

Caroline Linhares serves as a Senior Lecturer in Accounting and PRME Lead at Sheffield Hallam University since April 2022, focusing on Social and Environmental Accounting. Previously, Caroline held roles as a Lecturer and Teaching Fellow in Accounting at the University of Leicester from September 2016 to April 2022, and as a Doctoral Researcher and Teaching Associate at Sheffield University Management School from November 2013 to October 2016. Prior experience includes positions at ExxonMobil, where Caroline was a Financial Accounting Subject Matter Expert and a Senior Analyst in Financial Accounting & Reporting, and at Montana as a Financial & Management Accounting Analyst. Caroline earned a PhD in Accounting from The University of Sheffield in 2018, an MBA from the same institution in 2011, and a BSc in Accounting from FAE Centro Universitário from 2004.
