Jo McNamara

Jo McNamara is a dedicated professional in the field of Radiotherapy and Oncology, currently serving as the AHP Undergraduate & Pre-Registration Student Experience Lead and Senior Lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University since January 2009. McNamara's extensive experience includes roles such as Admissions Tutor, Clinical Lead, Assessments Officer, and BSc Course Leader. Additionally, McNamara co-hosts the Rad Chat Podcast and serves as an Action Radiotherapy Champion. Previously, McNamara contributed as a National Macmillan Therapeutic Radiography Clinical Fellow, focusing on enhancing the visibility of Therapeutic Radiographer roles. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Radiotherapy & Oncology and a PgD in Radiotherapy & Oncology from Sheffield Hallam University, along with a PGcert in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education.
