Kelly Wilson

Kelly Wilson serves as the Associate Head within the Institute of Law and Justice at Sheffield Hallam University since November 2017, focusing on delivering professional education and enhancing student experiences. Previous roles include Head of Area for Policing and Probation and Principal Lecturer, where Kelly led probation officer training and taught undergraduate and postgraduate criminology programs. Prior to Sheffield Hallam, Kelly held various strategic and managerial positions at South Yorkshire Community Rehabilitation Company Ltd, including Deputy CRC Director and Assistant Chief Officer, and has extensive experience in offender management from earlier roles at South Yorkshire Probation Trust. Kelly's educational background includes multiple degrees from Sheffield Hallam University, culminating in a Doctorate of Business focusing on Organizational Leadership.
