Phil Clarke

Phil Clarke is an experienced professional in business development, currently serving as the Head Of Business Development at Sheffield Hallam University since June 2019. Previously, Phil held leadership roles at Rathbone Training UK and Intraining, also as Head of Business Development and Head of Bidding, from July 2017 to May 2019. Phil's earlier experience includes serving as Director at Zoku Consulting from June 2013 to July 2017, and various leadership positions at Remploy Ltd from September 2004 to May 2013, including Government Services Director. Phil holds a Master's degree in Public Sector Management from the University of York and a Bachelor's degree with Honours in History from The University of Sheffield.
