Toby Calder

Toby Calder is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Delivery and Resource Management at Sheffield Haworth, specializing in change consulting for the banking, wealth and asset management, and insurance sectors since June 2024. Prior to this role, Toby worked as a Consultant in Interim Management at Finatal in 2023 and held the position of Vice President at Exeter Demons from May 2022 to May 2023. Toby's early career included engineering internships at Myers Container LLC and Dyson, focusing on design and problem-solving in product development and manufacturing. Toby also gained internship experience in private equity with H.I.G. Capital, contributing to financial modeling and M&A targets. Toby holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Exeter, completed in 2023, and attended Winchester College from 2013 to 2018.
