Rebecca Ballowe

Rebecca Ballowe, PMP, is an experienced professional currently serving as a Resource Manager at ICE Mortgage Technology since May 2024, where support is provided to the Encompass Implementation Project Managers within a larger Client Implementations team. Concurrently, Rebecca holds the position of IT Audit and Risk Program Manager at ICE, managing audit and risk programs for a Tier 1 client while mentoring and training others. Previously, extensive experience was gained at Black Knight from April 2013 to September 2023 in various roles, including Audit/Risk Program Manager and Continuous Improvement Project Manager, focusing on risk profile projects, process improvement, and project delivery for high-profile clients. Additional experience includes training and development roles at Kemper Corporation, Accenture, and Regions Financial Corporation, along with a notable commitment to the American Cancer Society as a volunteer and former board secretary. Rebecca Ballowe holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin.
