Anthony Sollima

Anthony Sollima has been a key member of Sheffield’s management team since April of 2004 when he joined the company as Quality Control Manager. In his first years at Sheffield he instituted a series of standards and procedures that elevated the Quality Control and Microbiology departments to an enhanced level and appropriate more robust level of compliance, which allowed Sheffield to meet the compliance standards of large-multinational companies such as CB Fleet, and 3M. In addition to his role as Quality Control Manager, Anthony also developed relationships with new and existing customers and supported new product launches.

In December 2010, Anthony was promoted to the position of Quality Director and given the added responsibility of Quality Assurance and Research and Development departments as direct reports. As Quality Director he was immediately identified and implemented Quality System improvements and improved communication to regulators and customers.

In February 2014, Anthony was further promoted to Vice President of Quality and Product Development, where his role and authority has expanded with making final corporate quality decisions, new product development and innovations, regulatory submissions and facilitating growth projects with new and existing customers. Anthony is also a senior member of the Executive Committee.
