Negin Taleb

Negin Taleb is an accomplished Attorney at Shegerian & Associates, Inc. since December 2020, specializing in plaintiffs' representation for cases involving discrimination, harassment, whistleblower retaliation, and wrongful termination. Negin has successfully tried civil employment cases, managed over 50 mediations securing upwards of $6 million in settlements, and oversees a team of associate attorneys while managing a personal caseload of 40. Previous roles include Law Clerk and Legal Extern at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, as well as internships at the California Attorney General's Office and the University of San Diego School of Law, among others.
