Afzal Ahmed

Afzal Ahmed is a consultant in emergency medicine with extensive experience in various healthcare settings. Since January 2021, Afzal has been contributing to Sheikh Khalifa Medical City Ajman. Prior roles include serving as a consultant in emergency medicine at Al Qassimi Hospital from July 2016 to June 2020 and as an emergency medicine consultant at Mackay Hospital and Health Service from October 2015 to July 2016. Responsibilities have included patient assessment and treatment, leading resuscitation for critically ill patients, staff training, clinical audit, and participation in departmental activities. Afzal's educational qualifications include a Fellowship from the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine, a Membership from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, and a Bachelor of Medicine from Baqai Medical University.
