Islam Awwad

Islam Awwad possesses extensive experience in nursing management, currently serving as the Nursing Manager for Operating Room (OR), Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), and Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City Ajman since August 2023. Prior to this role, Islam was the OT and PACU Unit Manager at Emirates Health Services from November 2017 to July 2023. Islam's nursing career began at the Ministry of Health in Jordan, where responsibilities included Charge Nurse, Registered Nurse, and Practice Nurse from March 2005 to November 2017. Academically, Islam Awwad holds a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from The Hashemite University and a Higher National Diploma in Pharmacology from Arab Community College.
