Shereen Ahmed has extensive work experience in the field of revenue cycle management and insurance. Shereen currently holds the position of Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City. Before that, they worked as the Head of RCM at Healthpoint UAE and the RCM Director at Bareen International Hospital. Shereen also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Los Angeles Hospital Management and the Head of RCM at Medeor 24x7 Hospital in Abu Dhabi. Shereen's career started as an Insurance Specialist at Daman Health Insurance Qatar LLC and later at Mafraq Hospital, where they managed the insurance department, resolved insurance-related issues, and provided training to medical staff.

Shereen Ahmed obtained a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from Ahfad University for Women in 2003. Shereen also pursued additional education in Insurance Fundamentals and Life and Health Insurance through LOMA and obtained a diploma. Furthermore, they studied at the University of Atlanta, focusing on a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MSHA).
