Victoria Innocenzi

Victoria Innocenzi has a diverse work experience in the creative industry. Victoria is currently the Lead Creative - Marketing at SHEIN Distribution Corporation, where they started in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Lead Creative - Studio at the same company from September 2022 to April 2023.

Before they joined SHEIN, Victoria held the position of Managing Director & Lead Creative at Glass House Visuals from January 2015. In this role, they produced and directed video content for clients, led the creative team on set, and also worked as a contributing video editor on various projects.

From 2011, Victoria worked as a Freelance Photographer, conceptualizing and producing campaign, e-comm, and editorial content for fashion companies and modeling agencies. Victoria also managed studio expenses and billing and directed photographic subjects.

As a Production Artist at Planet Art from November 2017 to January 2022, Victoria utilized Adobe software to create and tweak creative designs. Victoria also reviewed final copies and layouts before sending them to print.

Other roles in Victoria's work history include being a Content Manager at Brandable from May 2019 to October 2019, and a Production Assistant at Graphics Metropolis from August 2015 to December 2015. In the latter role, they arranged treatments for shoots, oversaw post-production processes, and assisted the photographer on-set while also mentoring new interns.

Victoria Innocenzi obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Directing from Columbia College Hollywood between the years 2014 and 2016. Victoria also holds additional certifications in food handling and AED.
