Kerrie Ho

Kerrie Ho currently serves as the Head of EMEA HR Shared Services and Associate Director of Global HR Compliance at SHEIN since May 2023, where responsibilities include leading the global HR compliance function and providing guidance on complex HR compliance issues across 25+ countries. Prior to this role, Kerrie was with Shopee from November 2018 to April 2023, managing a team of 70 in Employee Engagement and overseeing internal events, communication, and wellness initiatives. Kerrie's earlier experience includes leadership positions in marketing and brand communications at Lazada Group from July 2014 to October 2018, and roles at XM Asia Pacific and SingEx. Kerrie holds education from Curtin University and Temasek Polytechnic.
