Leo Ma is a professional with extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management. Currently serving as a Senior Supplier Management at SHEIN since October 2023, Leo is responsible for logistics supplier lifecycle management. Previously, Leo held the position of Logistics Executive at Colgate-Palmolive from September 2021 to July 2023, where responsibilities included logistics cost analysis, operations management, supplier management, network optimization, and project management. Earlier roles include Operation Engineer at Colgate-Palmolive, B2C Product Management at S.F. EXPRESS CO. LTD, and Finance Assistant at Oxfam. Leo also gained valuable experience as a Consultant for SFEDI Solutions and a Data and Research Intern at Newcastle University. Leo holds a Master’s Degree in International Business Management from Newcastle University.
