Peter Pernot-Day has an extensive background in privacy and data security law, working in various legal roles for a range of organizations including Mixpanel, LeClairRyan, Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, and Bank of the West. Currently, Peter serves as the Head of Strategic and Corporate Affairs for North America & Europe at SHEIN, focusing on delivering results for customers through strategic planning, digital transformation, and public policy. With a J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, Peter brings a strong legal background to their strategic leadership role.
