Shushen Hu

Shushen Hu is an experienced business development professional with a focus on seller acquisition and management in Mexico. Currently serving as the Lead of Business Development at SHEIN since December 2022, Shushen Hu successfully leads 3rd-party seller acquisition initiatives and oversees the training of a 30+ member business development team, building business processes from the ground up. Prior to this role, Shushen Hu was with Shopee from January 2017 to November 2022, where responsibilities included leading CN seller acquisition and partnership management in Mexico, as well as overseeing seller acquisition efforts in the eastern region of China. Earlier experience includes serving as an Operational Specialist at 美团 and a Category Specialist at 新蛋. Shushen Hu holds a bachelor's degree in E-commerce from Donghua University.
