Songhua Ng

Songhua Ng is an experienced tax professional with a background in global tax planning and transfer pricing policy implementation, currently serving as the Head of Tax (APAC) at SHEIN since September 2022. Previously, Songhua held the position of Tax Manager at Hongkong Land Limited, focusing on regional tax and tax restructuring, and spent eight years at the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore as a Tax Specialist, specializing in international tax and corporate tax audits. Earlier career roles included positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Assistant Manager in corporate tax advisory and at KPMG as a Senior Associate in corporate tax compliance. Songhua began the professional journey at Parkway Pantai Limited as a Senior Executive in corporate tax compliance and advisory. Songhua holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, completed in 2005.
