Spencer Beh

Spencer Beh currently serves as a Learning and Development Partner at SHEIN, focusing on learning strategies in overseas markets including the US, Brazil, Mexico, EMEA, Turkey, Poland, and SEA. Previous experience includes roles in the Global Learning Operations team at Meta, where Spencer worked on cloud-based learning applications, and as Head of Learning Development and Culture at KPMG Qatar, overseeing learning initiatives across multiple functions. Spencer held a managerial position in Learning & Development at Deloitte for the Asia Pacific region, led training for Regional Finance at Johnson & Johnson, managed training delivery for TM Forum across multiple regions, and coordinated open enrollment leadership programs at the Center for Creative Leadership. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Professional Education from Nanyang Technological University in progress, along with a Master's in Organisational Leadership from Monash University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University.
