Stone Wang

Stone Wang possesses over two decades of extensive experience in corporate social responsibility (CSR), environmental, safety, and health (ESH) compliance management across multiple industries. Currently serving in the ESG division at SHEIN since January 2021, Stone previously held roles at Future Light Consultancy as a Consultant focusing on CSR, and at New Balance as the Social Compliance Manager for China, East, and North Asia, where strategic initiatives in supply chain labor and ESH were enforced. Prior experience includes senior compliance management positions at Payless ShoeSource and Nike, where Stone developed CSR strategies, managed audits, and established training programs. Early career experience includes work as an Assistant ESH Manager at Flex. Stone holds a Master's degree in Industrial Safety from South China University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Sichuan University.
