Teal Evans

Teal (Staniforth) Evans has extensive experience in operational management, people and culture, and educational roles. Currently, Teal serves as the Regional Director and previously as the Regional Coordinator at SheJumps since January 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Director of People and Culture at Hook & Fade and People Operations Manager at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where Teal also supervised the Peer Mentor Program. Additional roles include teaching at Badger Rock Middle School, cheesemaking at Dreamfarm Goat Farm, and several positions in the restaurant and agricultural sectors. Teal holds a degree in Urban Environmental Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Cornell University.
