Irad Eichler is an accomplished social entrepreneur and leader with a strong focus on emotional support and rehabilitation for individuals facing life's challenges. As the Founder and CEO of Circles, Irad has developed a platform dedicated to providing emotional support to those dealing with issues such as loss, parenting, and divorce since September 2019. In addition, Irad has been engaged with the Schwab Foundation since 2009, supporting the advancement of sustainable social innovation on a global scale. As the Founder and Chairman of Shekulo Tov, established in 2004, Irad has been instrumental in creating occupational rehabilitation programs for people with disabilities, striving to empower them as equal members of society. Furthermore, Irad co-founded and served as CEO of the Social Business School until 2010, promoting social entrepreneurship. Academically, Irad holds an MBA from The College of Management Academic Studies, a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Bar-Ilan University, and an Executive Course from Harvard University.
