Bogdan Voiculescu

Bogdan Voiculescu is an experienced civil engineer with a career spanning over a decade in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Deputy Team Leader at Sheladia Associates, Inc. since November 2024, Bogdan previously held similar roles at IRD Engineering, where responsibilities included overseeing the construction of the M3 Slobozia Mare By-pass. Other notable positions include Lead Contracts Specialist at SMEC for the Post-Flood National Highways Rehabilitation Project and Project Coordinator at Louis Berger for road rehabilitation projects in Moldova. Bogdan's engineering expertise is further exemplified by extensive experience as Deputy Team Leader for the Rehabilitation of M3 Chisinau-Giurgiulesti, and as Resident Engineer at Ramboll Romania.
