Golam Masud

Golam Masud is a seasoned Senior Pavement and Materials Engineer with extensive experience in various infrastructure projects spanning over two decades. Currently serving at Sheladia Associates Inc. and in Afghanistan since June 2019, Golam has contributed to significant projects such as the rehabilitation of the Ayni-Panjakent-Uzbekistan Border Road in Tajikistan. Previous roles include senior and materials engineering positions with BCL Associates Limited and Kocks Consult GmbH, where Golam was involved in high-profile projects funded by ADB and other international donors, including road construction and rehabilitation efforts across Bangladesh and Azerbaijan. Golam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering and Technology.
