Roger Hodgson

Roger Hodgson is a highly experienced engineering professional with over 15 years in highway and civil infrastructure projects across multiple countries. Currently serving as Team Leader and Resident Engineer for the Mizoram State Highways Project in India at Sheladia Associates, Inc., Roger's previous roles include Senior Materials Specialist with Public Works Authority ‘Ashghal’ in Qatar, Pavement Engineer at KBR, Inc., and Senior Construction Engineer for MG Consultants on the Outer Circular Highway in Sri Lanka. Roger has also held positions as Team Leader with Cardno on major road projects in Papua New Guinea and with MG Consultants on JICA-funded road rehabilitation in Sri Lanka. Additional experience encompasses senior engineering roles in municipal operations and highway construction in Canada and the UK. Roger holds a B.Sc. in Geology & Environment from Oxford Brookes University and an M.Phil in Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
