Kerri McAllister is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education and environmental initiatives. Currently serving as Program Manager, Professional Development Facilitator, and Climate Change Educator at Shelburne Farms since August 2016, Kerri has previously held leadership roles, including International Program Leader and Flight Leader at Rustic Pathways from 2011 to 2021, and Education Manager at NatureBridge from 2005 to 2016. Kerri's early career includes positions such as Assistant Director of Education at the US Fish & Wildlife Service and Educator & Wilderness Trip Leader at the Chewonki Foundation. Kerri's academic background features a Master of Arts in Environmental Education from the University of Minnesota Duluth and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont.

A 501(c) nonprofit organization dedicated to education for sustainability, integrated with a 1,400-acre working farm and National Historic Landmark on the shores of Lake Champlain. We advance education for sustainability and farm-to-school initiatives in Vermont, nationally, and internationally through our programs and partnerships, including our Sustainable Schools Project, partnership in Vermont FEED, Northeast Regional Lead for the National Farm to School Network, as backbone organization of the Farm-based Education Network, and more.
