Christopher Welch is an accomplished finance and accounting professional with a strong background in management and operations. Currently serving as the Assistant County Manager for Shelby County Alabama since March 2023 and holding the position of Senior Accountant at Upstream Rehabilitation since July 2019, Christopher has extensive experience in cash reconciliation, payroll processing, financial analysis, and staff training.
