Hubbard Harvey, CEM has a diverse work experience spanning various fields. Hubbard began their career as a Deputy District Attorney at the 15th Judicial Circuit District Attorney's Office in Montgomery, Alabama from 1994 to 1996. Hubbard became a Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) through the International Association of Emergency Managers in 2020. Furthermore, they graduated from the Alabama Fire College and Personnel Standards & Education Commission's Alabama Public Safety Leadership Academy as the Class President in 2018.
