Phil Burns

Phil Burns has a diverse work experience, starting as the Director of Payment Services and Information Technology at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta from 1988 to 1998. Phil then moved on to work at CareMark RX (now known as CVS Health) as the M&A Director Technology, managing IT due diligence for M&A activities and overseeing the divestiture of a $4B division. From 1999 to 2002, they served as the Vice President and Co-Founder of Clipper Management, Inc. and then as the Vice President and CIO of Active Services Corporation from 2002 to 2005. Most recently, they held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Shelby County Alabama, where they managed various departments and provided support for multiple agencies across the county.
