Miesha Devres, MPH, CHES, is a qualified public health professional with extensive experience in qualitative data analysis, epidemiology, and environmental health. Currently a Qualitative Healthcare Analyst at Ripple Effect since April 2022, Miesha analyzes qualitative and policy-related datasets while conducting background research. As an Epidemiologist with the Shelby County Health Department since July 2020, Miesha has focused on public health surveillance of community violence and has also led a COVID-19 Response Unit, supervising a team and ensuring compliance through inspection and training. Previous roles include Police Radio Dispatcher with the City of Memphis, Intern at Choices. Memphis Center for Reproductive Health, and Graduate Research Assistant at East Tennessee State University. Miesha holds a Master of Public Health from East Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University.
