Constance Certion

Constance Certion, EdD, serves as the High School Counseling Services Manager for Memphis-Shelby County Schools since August 2021, overseeing 102 high school counselors and enhancing school counseling programs. Responsibilities include leading professional development initiatives, collaborating with district staff, analyzing data for performance improvement, and ensuring the effective implementation of district goals. Concurrently, Constance is a Co-Founder of Levi’s Grace, Inc. Experience in education also encompasses roles as a Social and Transition Specialist and School Counselor at Arlington Community Schools, a College & Career/School Counselor at Shelby County Schools, and an Editing Assistant at the University of Memphis. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education from Carson-Newman University, an Education Specialist from Liberty University, a Master of Science in Counseling from The University of Memphis, and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Rhodes College.
