Gai Lucas

Gai Lucas has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources. Gai started their career as a Human Resources Manager at Devon Bank in 1999, where they worked until 2002. From there, they joined Newly Weds Foods as a Human Resources Manager, a position they held for 5 years. In 2007, Gai joined MCR Safety as a Director of Human Resources, a role they continue to hold.

Gai Lucas obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Lewis University, which they attended from 1977 to 1982. Gai later pursued a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources from Lewis University, completing it from 2002 to 2004.
