Ryan Metzler

Ryan Metzler is a Partner at Sheley, Hall & Williams, P.C., specializing in the representation of owners, developers, and investors in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, and the structuring of equity investments and joint ventures. Ryan has experience working with clients across various asset classes and markets throughout the United States. Prior to this role, Ryan served as an Associate Attorney at the US Securities and Exchange Commission and gained legal experience as an Honors Summer Intern at DeKalb County State Court, working under the Honorable Janis C. Gordon. Ryan began a career in finance as an Associate Financial Advisor at Jason M Klein & Associates of Ameriprise Financial. Ryan earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan.
