Rishi Srivastava is the Vice President of Technical Services at Shelf Drilling. Rishi has over 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

Srivastava started their career with Transocean in 2004 as an Operations Manager for the Far East & Australia Division. In this role, they were responsible for managing the Asset Management side of the company's operations in Thailand & Malaysia, working with customers like Cheveron and Petrofac. In 2012, Srivastava left Transocean to join IvyCap Ventures Private Limited as a Director. IvyCap is a leading Indian venture capital and private equity firm. At IvyCap, Srivastava was responsible for investments across various sectors including healthcare, technology, and consumer goods.

In 2017, Srivastava joined Shelf Drilling as the Vice President of Technical Services. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company's drilling operations worldwide.

Rishi Srivastava's educational career includes a General Management Program from Harvard Business School and a B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
