Colin Kennedy

Colin Kennedy has extensive experience in software and contact center operations. From 2002 to 2006, they held positions at Eaton Vance as an Internal Wholesaler and Customer Service Representative. From 2006 to 2007, they were the Owner of Neuron Global, overseeing all client-facing activities such as sales, marketing, business/partnership development, and account management. From 2006 to 2016, they were the Field Marketing Manager at Legacy Marketing Partners. In 2016, they founded Shelf, working with Contact Center and Enterprise clients to deliver knowledge management solutions that help transform their operations.

Colin Kennedy attended Columbia High from 1994 to 1998. Colin then went on to earn a B.S in Finance and Philosophy from Boston College between 1998 and 2002.
