Joe Herrera

Joe Herrera has over two decades of experience in information technology, primarily at Shell Federal Credit Union since November 1999, where roles have included Executive Vice President/Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Information Technology. Joe's expertise encompasses managing IT operations in alignment with business objectives, overseeing the IS department’s daily activities, and supporting staff with network and computer-related issues. Prior to Shell Federal Credit Union, Joe worked at TeleCheck, starting as an ITSS Help Desk Technician and progressing to an Online Technician. Joe holds a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
