Gail Klintworth

Gail Klintworth is an experienced leader in sustainability and governance, currently serving as a Member of The Supervisory Board at Rabobank since July 2023. Gail holds prominent positions as Chair of the Board of Trustees at the Shell Foundation and Chairman of the Board at GlobeScan, both roles initiated in January 2019 and January 2017, respectively. As Chair and Co-Founder of Savo Project Developers, Gail drives initiatives focused on creating sustainable businesses in emerging markets, with a project pipeline valued at US$ 500 million. Additionally, Gail acts as a Non-Executive Director and Chair/Board Advisor with various organizations, including Tiger Brands and MAS Holdings, while providing special advisory services at SYSTEMIQ Ltd. Previous leadership roles include Director of Business Transformation at the Business and Sustainable Development Commission and Group Customer Director at Old Mutual plc. Educational credentials include a Master of Studies in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand.
