Juliette Keeley is a seasoned expert in impact measurement and management with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Impact Officer at Shell Foundation since March 2025, Keeley previously held the position of Head of Impact at the African Leadership Group from March 2021 to March 2025, where responsibilities included designing impact frameworks and analyzing data for educational initiatives. Prior to that, Keeley worked at Instiglio as Manager and later as Kenya Office Head, managing significant projects in Morocco and Tunisia and overseeing operations for the office in Kenya.
