Steve Quila

Steve Quila has extensive work experience in the petroleum industry, primarily with Shell. Steve started their career with Shell Malaysia in 2002 as a General Manager and worked there until 2006. Steve then joined Shell Indonesia as a General Manager from 2005 to 2006. Following that, they worked with Shell Philippines LLC as a Global Marketing Manager from 2007 to 2008, and later as a Regional Manager - Southern Islands from 2009 to 2011. From 2012 to 2013, they served as the Regional Manager Operational Excellence - East at Shell Shared Services (Asia) B.V. Steve then moved on to be the General Manager Customer Service from 2014 to 2017 at the same company. In 2018, they became the General Manager Lubricants at Shell and held the role until 2021. Currently, Steve Quila is serving as the Vice President of Lubricants at Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation since March 2021.

Steve Quila attended Ateneo de Manila University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management.
