Ankur Mittal Ceng Micheme

Ankur Mittal CEng MIChemE is a seasoned chemical engineer with extensive experience in the LNG sector, currently serving as Manager LNG Operations Support (Technical Authority Process Engineering) at Shell since August 2007. Ankur leads a high-performing team focused on troubleshooting, operations support, and technology deployment for Shell advised LNG plants, while also acting as the Technical Authority for LNG Technology, Design, and Operations. Previous roles include Senior Process Engineer at Shell India Markets Private Limited and Shell Technology India Private Limited, as well as at NAM BV Assen, where Ankur provided operational support and optimization for onshore oil and gas assets. Ankur's earlier positions encompassed Distillation and Thermal Conversion Technologist and Process Safety Technologist, with a strong focus on process integration, safety assessments, and design projects. Ankur holds a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and has been designated a Chartered Chemical Engineer by the Institution of Chemical Engineers.
